How do I wrap my gift basket using the bag provided?

How much are the postage costs?
Royal Mail 48 £3.00 inc VAT.
Next day courier is £7.00 for all other orders or if you required next day delivery
 
When will my order be dispatched?
If your order is placed before 10am then we will dispatch that same day. Please note we dispatch baskets Monday to Friday and are not open at the weekend.
 
Why haven’t I received my order?
If you order your basket before 10am Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch your gift basket that day. Baskets dispatched before 10am Friday via our next day courier service will be delivered Monday before 5pm. Please note this does not include bank holidays. If you chose to have the next day courier service please contact us at sales@yourgiftbasket.co.uk, If you chose to have the 2nd class Royal Mail service then please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive.
 
How do I return my order? 
We hope that you will love your purchase, however if this is not the case, we promise to exchange or refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your invoice. Please kindly return to the address: Your Gift Basket, Old Mill Barn, Crowhill Farm, Ravensden Road, Wilden, Beds, MK44 2QS.
Please ensure that your name and order number is in the box and we are aware of your reason for return, we will then refund you for the item once received.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep your certificate of postage safe as your will need this as your proof of return. Once returned, we will refund you for the basket/s within 2-3 days.
The postage charges for sending and returning items is non-refundable.
Faulty products returned by you will be exchanged or refunded in full once received back including any postal charges.

We currently do not ship to Europe
